My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sam Cubis this past July in Park City.  We came to Park City for 5 days to look at properties and hoped to find a home. We worked with Sam for four full days, he had prepared well in advance for our visit. They were long days but Sam never lost his positive energy and great attitude!

We looked at all the properties that I had selected from the online site as well as some that Sam added. Once Sam took us to Promontory we knew that we had found the place that we wanted to move to from Boston. Through the whole process Sam was professional, patient and extremely helpful with all of his knowledge of the area! We quickly became fast friends and when Sam and I stood on lot 6 at Promontory we knew that our mission was successful!!

We look forward to building a house in the upcoming year. We returned home and Sam continued to follow up on details and offer any help we needed.

I would say that our experience with Sam was excellent and we look forward to being fulltime residents in Park City, thanks to Sam and our team effort!!
